• click on the user's name to get more information entered by the staff/faculty member including office hours, links to class sites, list of classes, etc. (see EWeb Gateway)
• application used extensively by faculty support office and other staff to locate employees

due to Cascadia's culture of assessment, an ePortfolio is available for all students and employees; given this goal the employee ePortfolio was developed:

• worked with ePortfolio Taskforce to determine functional requirements for employee version of ePortfolio
• designed and built database for employee ePortfolio, linking to student ePortfolio and class database where applicable
• developed multi-page data input forms and output views for different audiences
• created training materials and online help tools

• allows cancelled classes to be tagged as cancelled for online class schedule

• allows VP/Deans to review data in database BEFORE data is imported into desktop publishing program for printing

Course Database Admin - Staffing

• created online tutorials and step-by-step instructions for each step in the ePortfolio process
• provide training materials and opportunities to instructors using ePortfolio
• worked with Media Center staff to create ePortfolio Training Video for use by classroom instructors and for student check out

Institutional ePortfolio
